    Eastern Chamber will hold two programs (human resources) and (financial accounting for non-accountants)
     


    The East Chamber organizing next March two training programs for ladies to discuss the basics of financial accounting for non-accountants and human resources management. The first program is designed to be held in the evening from 5 pm to 9 pm (human resources management), during the period 2 to 6 March 2014 in the Chamber headquarters in Dammam to preparing and qualifying cadres specializing in personnel management by equipping them with the necessary skills and knowledge. Program reviews several axes come: analysis and job description, Secretary of human resources and functions, and the functions of the Director of human resources, and the importance of the interdependence of human resources departments with each other and with other departments, the payroll system in human resource management, and the role of management incentives and services, how to plan and career development. The program is aimed at employees and officials of human resources departments and personnel in the private sector, specialists and interested in the field of human resources.
    The second to be held in the morning from 9 till 1 pm (fundamentals of financial accounting for non-accountants) from 2 to 5 March 2014 aims to identify trainees what accounting and its significance, and the role of accounting in the service of the various parties involved in the Organization, and the different types of organizations, in addition to the budget, equalization components, understanding the most important accounting terms and concepts generally accepted accounting principles GAAP and understand the accounting cycle of recording and tabulating and summarizing and know how to prepare financial statements. The program explores several themes coming, including: session and accounting books include how to migrate accounting entries to the ledger accounts tab and summarize the different accounts and prepare a trial balance before and after the adjustments, the program also discusses the most important terminology in English.

    The program is aimed at students in universities and institutes of management and women entrepreneurs and micro-entrepreneurs and who wish to enter the field of business and employees in financial departments in private sector.
